Who We Are
Established in 2020 with an initial AuM of about S$75 billion or US$55 billion, Seviora Group (“Seviora”) is a Singapore-based asset management group. Through its outstanding asset management companies (“AMCs”), the group provides investors access to a wide range of multi-asset and multi strategies investment expertise in both active and alternative strategies, covering Asia and global.
We back our AMCs with our strong capital base and resources, giving them scale and a competitive edge. We emphasize synergistic collaboration across AMCs and leveraging of capabilities to develop multi-faceted investment solutions for our investors. Each of our AMCs preserves its own brand and identity. They retain operational and investment autonomy. These are key elements of success for the Seviora Group.
Seviora uses its capital to support the strategies offered by our AMCs, thereby aligning our interests with fellow investors. We can deploy capital swiftly to enable our AMCs to launch new and innovative products to seize market opportunities and meet the evolving needs of investors.

Chairman
- Mr Goh Yew Lin was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of G. K. Goh Holdings Pte Ltd from May 2024. Prior to this, he was the company’s Managing Director from 2008 to 2024 and Executive Director from 1990 to 2008. He joined the G. K. Goh Group in 1984. G. K. Goh Holdings Pte Ltd is an investment holding company wholly owned by members of Mr Goh’s family.
- Mr Goh is currently Chairman of the Singapore Symphonia Company Limited, Duke-NUS Medical School, Xora Innovation Pte Ltd and Seviora Holdings Pte Ltd. He has served as a non-executive Director on the board of Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd from 2005 to 2021 and the National University of Singapore from 2008 to 2019, and was Chairman of the NUS Investment Committee, and of the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music from 2002 to 2018.
- Mr Goh graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and was awarded the Public Service Star in 2013.
Director
- Mr Jimmy Phoon is the Executive Director and CEO of Seviora Holdings, and the CEO of Seviora Capital. He was formerly the CEO of SeaTown Holdings International from 2010 to 2020.
- Before SeaTown, Jimmy was the Senior Managing Director, Head of Strategy at Temasek Holdings.
- Prior to joining Temasek in 1999, Jimmy was with Standard Chartered Merchant Bank Asia Limited (“SCMBA”). In his eight years with SCMBA, he managed several initial public offerings, public takeovers, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
- From 1988 to 1992, Jimmy was a Deputy Director in the Ministry of Finance of Singapore, where he was responsible for the formulation of corporate and international tax policies.
- Jimmy is a director of the Health Sciences Authority, and a member of Board of Trustees of Nanyang Technological University.
- Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) degree from Monash University, Australia.

- Mr Timothy Chia was instrumental in the founding of Hup Soon Global and has been involved in the daily operations ever since. Prior to which, he was a Director of PAMA Group Inc from 1986 to 2004, where he oversaw private equity investments and served as President of PAMA from 1995 to 2004. His previous roles also include Vice President of the Investment Department of American International Assurance Company Limited, President of Unithai Oxide Company Ltd and Chairman – Asia for UBS Investment Bank.
- Timothy is the Chairman of Innoven Capital Pte Ltd and Hup Soon Global Corporation Private Limited. He also serves on the board of other public and private companies, including Fraser and Neave, Limited, The Straits Trading Company Limited, Singapore Power Limited, Vertex Venture Holdings Ltd, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd and Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad.
- He is a Term Trustee of the Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA), an Advisory Council Member of the ASEAN Business Club and a member of the Advisory Board of the Asian Civilisations Museum. He also previously served on the Singapore Management University Board of Trustees and is currently a Member.
- Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science cum laude degree, majoring in Management, from the Fairleigh Dickinson University, United States of America.

Director
- Mr Ho Tian Yee is the Chairman of the Board of Fullerton Fund Management. Tian Yee has over 30 years’ experience in managing and investing in global financial markets.
- Tian Yee started his career with Bankers Trust Company, where his last position was MD and Regional Head of South East Asia. He was responsible for the management of the Singapore branch and the strategic direction of the bank’s global trading in Asia.
- Currently, Tian Yee serves as Chairman of Mount Alvernia Hospital, and as a non-executive director at DBS Group Holdings Ltd and DBS Bank Ltd. He is an investment advisor to Blue Edge Advisors Pte. Ltd. In addition, Tian Yee is a director of Seviora Holdings and Pavilion Capital, as well as a member of the finance investment committee of the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
- He graduated with a degree in Economics from Portsmouth University (Hons), United Kingdom, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

- Mr Lee Ming San is Chairman and Non-Executive Director of SeaTown Holdings Pte. Ltd..
- He is also the Managing Director of One North Capital Pte. Ltd., which he founded in 2008. From 2005 to 2008, he was Chief Executive Officer of CIMB-GK Securities Pte. Ltd., which comprised the regional investment banking, institutional equities, retail equities and wealth management businesses of CIMB. Prior to that, Ming San was an Executive Director of G. K. Goh Holdings Limited.
- Ming San is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National University of Singapore, and chairs its Investment Committee. He is also a member of the Governing Board of Duke-NUS Medical School, where he chairs its Finance and Investment Committee and Development Committee. He is also a Director of St. Gallen-Singapore Foundation Limited.
- Ming San holds a Master of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Mr Lucas Tran chairs the Audit and Risk Committee of Pick Network Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of IMDA) and also serves as a member of the Sree Narayana Mission Audit Committee.

He is the Deputy Chair of ACRA's Technical Advisory Panel and a member of the SGX Listing Disciplinary and Appeal Committee.

Lucas was a partner in KPMG Singapore where he was in charge of the Diversified Industries business unit.

Lucas has extensive experience in financial reporting and corporate governance. He has acted as reporting accountant for numerous IPOs, RTOs, takeovers, privatizations, and rights and bond issues. During his career with KPMG, Lucas worked extensively on Temasek and Temasek-linked companies.

Lucas holds a Bachelor of Commerce, University of New South Wales, Australia. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Director
- Mr Rohit Sipahimalani is the Chief Investment Strategist at Temasek as well as the Head of South East Asia, where he is directly responsible for investments in the region. Rohit joined Temasek in 2008 as Head of Telecom, Media & Technology investments. He was appointed to co-Chief Investment Officer in 2012 and has since held various roles including Joint Head for Investment Group, Joint Head of Portfolio Strategy & Risk Group as well as Head, India, before taking on his current position in January 2020.
- Prior to joining Temasek, Rohit spent 11 years with Morgan Stanley holding senior positions across its Mumbai and Hong Kong offices, including Co-Head of the Asia Pacific M&A business in Hong Kong, before his appointment as Managing Director and Head of South East Asia Investment Banking in Singapore.
- Rohit started his career with Citibank, Mumbai, after which he spent a few years with McKinsey & Company in India as a management consultant, before he joined Morgan Stanley.
- Rohit graduated from St. Stephens College, Delhi University with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Director
- Dr Teh is currently a Senior Adviser of China International Capital Corporation Limited, a joint-venture investment bank listed on the HKSE. Before his retirement, he was President of GIC Special Investments from April 1999 to June 2011. Prior to this, he was concurrently Deputy Managing Director of Monetary Authority of Singapore and Deputy Managing Director of GIC. Dr Teh began his career with the World Bank.
- Dr Teh currently serves as the Chairman of Azalea Asset Management. He is a Board Member of Fullerton Health Corporation, Hollysys Automation Technologies and Aviva Singlife. He also chairs the board of East Asian Institute, National University of Singapore. He is an Advisory Board Member/ Adviser to CMC Corporation, Jasper Ridge Partners, Campbell & Lutyens and Global Economic and Financial Advisory Council of CDPQ, Montreal, Canada.
- Dr Teh completed his undergraduate studies at La Trobe University, Melbourne, and his graduate studies at Oxford University.

Mr Vijay Advani is a board member of BowX (a SPAC) and serves on the Boards of the U.S. - India Business Council (USIBC) and the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN). He is also an advisory board member for The Hive Incubator in Palo Alto and is a committee member of the San Francisco -Bangalore Sister City Initiative, and the Investment Committee at Santa Clara University (SCU).

Vijay retired as Executive Chairman of Nuveen, the investment manager of TIAA, at the end of 2020, after having served as Chief Executive Officer of the firm from 2017-2020.

Before joining Nuveen in 2017, Vijay was Co-President of Franklin Templeton Investments, where he had a career of more than 20 years. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Vijay had spent 11 years at the World Bank.

Vijay’s was previously a board member of the Board of Governors of the Investment Company Institute (ICI), TiE Silicon Valley, U.S. – India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF), the Center for the Advanced Study of India (CASI) at the University of Pennsylvania, FCLTGlobal, Jumpstart, and Lok Foundation.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

- Mr Vincent Lien is a director and a member of the Investment Committee of NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Limited and is NTUC Income’s nominee director on the boards of FFMC Holdings Pte Ltd and Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd.
- Vincent was also a Managing Director of Lien Properties Private Limited, and a director of Lien Ying Chow Private Limited, Wah Hin & Company and the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore, among others. He has over 20 years’ experience in banking, specialising in corporate finance and capital management in Hong Kong, the PRC, Singapore and South-east Asia.
- Prior to his retirement, he held various senior positions at major multinational banking institutions including Swiss Bank Corporation, Bankers Trust and ABN AMRO. He is also a Council Member of the Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship.
- Vincent graduated from University of New Brunswick with a BBA degree. He holds an honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Hyupsung University.
